Here is a sketch of Alma from  Bolhem Bouchiba. We were lucky to have some great artist collaborate with us in this short, and Bolhem’s contribution was invaluable.

We just came from the Goya awards. We didn’t win the prize, but we had a great time.

La Dama y la Muerte won the Big prize. Congrats to Javier Recio and the Kandor Team. Best of luck for the Academy Awards.

We had a great weekend in Seattle. We visited the Northwest Film Forum and a musseum I reccomend visiting, the Science Ficction Musseum and the Experience Music Project. Alma got two awards in Seattle, how cool is that.

Alma has been nominated for the Goya Awards in the category of Best Animation Shortfilm. They are the highest award for filmmakers in Spain. We are really happy for everyone who contributed to the project.

I just received news that Alma won Best Opera Prima at Italian renowned Animated Festival, I Castelli Animati.

I just received the news that we won the Grand Prix Award at the Bradford Animation Festival last weekend, “…the award given to the film which the jury feel is the overall ‘best of the fest’…”. Thank you, indeed.
